Today we'll be reviewing how to find Creative Commons images on Flickr.
-
First go to flickr.com: f l i c k r .com, then go to the 'Search' button.
-
Once you click on 'Advanced search'... if you go to the bottom of the page, -
-
you'll get to the Creative Commons section. Here you have some options:
-
you can find content to use commercially, find content to modify, adapt or build upon -
-
or, if just want to use the largest filter, you can just search -
-
all of the Creative Commons licensed content.
-
Here you type in the kind of image you're looking for.
-
Here Flickr shows me that these are CC-licensed content.
-
Another way to go about this is to go to the front page once more, -
-
go to the Search button, and then go to 'Explore'.
-
And in the dropdown menu you're going to go to the 'Creative Commons' label.
-
And here are the six different licenses you can use for Creative Commons.
-
According to how you wanna use your image is which license you're gonna go with.
-
I'm going to go with the attribution license, and click on this image.
-
Then under additional information you'll find the license itself.
-
You're going to need this when you create your attribution.
-
